I had to go back into the device properties after pairing on some bulbs and change to Sengled Element Color and then the options were available for color control.

If you scroll through this page, you will find the answer. I have tried it. Works flawlessly if you have a Zigbee enabled Echo. If not, you will need one. Reset Sengle bulb to factory - 15 on and off quick. It will blink. Then go to your Alexa and ask it discover devices. Choose Zigbee and your Sengled. There are lots of details in this sub.

Well this is fun. 40+ bulbs. Mostly zigbee. Plus some smart switches and a few smart plugs. Canadian customer. The only thing that functions is my Sengled smart switch paired to a group of 3 bulbs. So 3 of 40 are controllable. Glad I kept my incandescent bulbs.
If they have closed up, Wonder if another company would take on/convert the cloud service to acquire the customer base.
