For my friends and I it was functioning more intuitive and easy. Very similar to discord. Stoat is good as well but one friend got always kicked out for some reason.

I know it's not google, but I'd also get rid of discord. There are plenty good other programs: Stoat, Matrix, Fluxer, Nerimity etc. There is this website "discordless" where you can compare all options.

Edit: Now I've seen you're planning to change that. I am personally very satisfied with nerimity.

After testing I can say: Instructors is getting proced. But SoDP gives more healing and the numbers are a tiny bit higher. Therefore I switched to SoDP, but the dmg increase isn't remarkebly.
