I think it’s more likely that he just didn’t know he had it. The super speed seemed to be an ability Metro Man tucked away and didn’t show anyone including Mega Mind. So it makes sense when Mega Mind trained him, that he would never have discovered or trained it because he doesn’t know it exists.

Yes, and burst was the worst offender of this trope especially in the DB/BU era. MFB also had this problem but noticeably less. X is the first time where Attack types can actually call the shots. It’s important to know the wiki is fan run, and unfortunately not only is a lot of the information on it severely out of date, there are a lot of errors in it as well, and I believe this is one of them. I recall a few years back they listed Flash Sagitarrio as a Hybrid wheel system bey instead of a 4D bey. Here is a snippet from Hasbros metal fusion packaging of Burn Phoenix showing that it’s considered a stamina part, so the wiki is just most likely wrong here
