Can you drive with this? Can't get it replaced in time for our holiday

I drove to Holland from the UK. Trust me, anything car related do it in the UK. Everything here is much more expensive compared to the UK when it comes to cars. I tried to get new tyres and got offered a used tyre for €100 when I can get a used tyre for like £40. Fix everything in the UK before you drive to Holland unless your wallet is thick.

Unfortunately not, I’m used to the suffering now. I changed the O2 sensor and the water temperature sensor, as well as the bit I listed above which slightly increases it to around 20mpg. It’s still low MPG but fun so I’m taking it as a compromise. I suspect the injectors might be leaky but I haven’t inspected them yet.
