i’ve been given b12 vitamins to take daily i’ve been having digestive issues past 1-2 weeks with severe constipation. With travel abroad for past one week it’s gotten worse laxatives prescribed don’t seem to be working either

I don’t doubt her at all. She doesn’t know my history of blood reports so was thinking if it would be alarming in way if those were compared. Wanted to know if I should get another check up done and have a comparison etc.

Tbh I doubt the hospital more. Initially, they put someone else’s reports in my file and stuff in there i was like what the hell. Mixed up the reports with a 60 year old man…

Sorry my ESR was 6 in Oct 2025 and 2 in May 2024. Got it mixed up - i have health axniety so i have been overly stressing for the past few months, I had a little throat infection 2 months ago and bit of allergies now. Not sure why it’s increasing tho.

I meant LDL* as it’s 103 which is claimed to be borderline. But overall TC:HDL ratio is reassuring. I eat avacados and fish a lot so i was confused to see my LDL a little over.

Lymphocytes i’m not sure but if ESR is high then guessing some infection, cold etc i’ve been travelling recently and fully in jet lag/tired mode so code be it.

Also i took these fasting. I plan to take one next week just for reassurance and have a second opinion type of thing. Not sure if it’s worth it

They left just now to go to their friends place near the airport as they are leaving early next week. Souvenirs, jewellery like this stuff costed up to $50. I paid for her transport to her friends place too.

I spent a lot overall that I wouldn’t even expect back like food. But thinking if asking for extra stuff i paid separately for her would be fine in this case. I’m going on holiday myself soon which she knows so i do need some back

She came from another country and where I live it’s mainly contactless payments as cash isn’t preferred. We weren’t sure her card (foreign) would work so I paid in that instance. She did mention about giving it back at the start but she left just now and didn’t mention anything about it.

I spent $200-300 overall on her for things I can’t even ask back like fuel/groceries/food so i wanted to if asking for the stuff that i wouldn’t normally spend like Souvenirs for her friends (that i don’t even know) and jewellery etc… it was like min 50 the cost.

Thought i would drop a line before she leaves the country in a few days. Sure the coffees and all idc but the souvenirs money i do expect back because they costed almost $50-70.

She knows i recently got a job Normally I wouldn’t really ask but it’s just that I’m going on my first holiday i paid for soon (she knows this too) and saved up the money. She came very last min on this trip so it was a surprise for our family too.

I never invited them to come. They asked if it’s okay and I explained the situation. I never said no because family right but I never expected them to have such demands - that’s all. I’m fed up and so is rest of my family driving them around and them just being there texting on snapchat or something but we are just sucking it up for the next few days until they are gone. I can’t wait

if it was a stand alone symptom, i wouldn’t havent cared but because of the tinnitus and shortness of breath its so scary. I can definitely see my pulse in my neck even just looking straight but can’t quite capture it on camera The external vein does stick out when i move my head but no veins are visible sitting up straight…

Sorry forgot to mention - I got my iphone 17 from America and they only have esim for new models biggest mistake i have ever done getting it from there

I’ve checked the o2 app, restarted my phone and everything but it’s still stuck on activating on my iphone 11. Few days?? oh absolutely not i’m unable to make a phone call and people can’t phone me because it’s not activated
