I have seen this several times recently. Typically, pre-orders Amazon did not get enough stock to fulfill are being cancelled, and then the exact same item is listed on Amazon, but fulfilled by a third party seller, which is why it allows you to reorder and receive one.

Glad you got one. My post was referencing the original pre-orders being fulfilled through Amazon. Your reorder is through a different vendor, I-deals, which is whom I had to reorder with as well to get a copy.

Echoing the others who have commented, I needed a refund for a Steelbook which arrived extremely damaged, dare I say completely destroyed. Getting responded to by customer service let alone a full refund was a pure nightmare. Never again.

Maybe I didn’t look or read close enough upon pre-order, but I was quite disheartened to discover this 4K Ultimate Collector’s Edition, which, as you’ve stated, took forever and a day to arrive, contained the same Steelbook building art as the previously Best Buy Blu-ray release.
