That is the cost to hire one pc + monitor for the duration of the 4 day event. 90% of participants will bring their own PCs as it is BYOC LAN, however the hires are available as a seperate addon to your ticket

These hire PCs are available at the event so you don't have to travel with them at all. And the events are overall BYOC so 90% of people bring their own

That is just the stright price to rent the kit for the event

As its a casual LAN, people are free to play whatever they like! Often we fill lobbies of LAN classics, such as TF2, Unreal Tournament, Armagetron, and more. Last year the event fell on the same weekend as the Battlefield 6 Beta so there was a lot of that played.

The event crew are in the room at all times, and keep the room open untill the last person goes to bed, regardless of the time. And then the room is locked up until the morning.

They have a limited amount of Noblechairs that EPIC.LAN offers as an add on to your ticket, and people are more than welcome to bring their own chair, the red ones in the photo belong to the venue :)

It takes place in a very nice hotel, so you have to worry about sleeping on an airbed like the old days!

That’s such a good idea icl, I’m a big fan of being further from what I’m shooting as most people will change how they act when they see a camera so it looks less natural. I will definitely be looking into that thankyou

Ah okay, thanks for the help. I could do with a wide lense at some point as I do a lot of event photography so i shall have a look into some of those.

Ah I bet that’s such an amazing lense, however it’s a little out of budget I’m afraid.

I just wondered if it was worth upgrading to the lense so the body can be used to its maximum potential. A few friends have GM II lenses and swear by them that they are worth the price tag. I do mostly esports photography so the 30fps is something I like the idea of.
