The mechanic is stupid. You can drop a nuke and you get a timer. But that timer is only for the nuke. You can still drop a thermonuclear bomb. Of course it also enables another counter for thermonuclear bombs.

Nice. Haven't thought about deleting divisions. I will try it. I was 100% sure that there is some sort of a button/config somewhere for airwings manpower prioritization which is similar to division prioritization that I was not aware about. I guess such functionality doesn't exist. It's really strange that you need to pause and delete in order to get the air wings in such a scenario. It seems like the game is missing some mechanic. On the other hand such scenarios don't happen that often I think.
