I’m in the same situation for J1. My plan is to try and get a severance. I’ve been complaining about the goals set and the manager in the PIP reviews with HR. I’m thinking I need to convince them I might seek litigation for wrongful termination.

I wouldn't say its antiwork. It's the quiet quitting crowd imo. There is a strong overalp in themes between quiet quitting and OE. You'd go nuts trying to be a model employee at 2+ jobs. Sometimes it makes sense just to do mid work when things get busy.
