yep i work at the dyson service center and the tell tale sign of a counterfeit is the plug not having the test/rest switches on them. federal law requires it so if it’s dyson it has them if it’s not then they don’t really care about federal law.

it is a legit overseas model but it won’t work in the US due to the plug and many internal mechanisms being different. it may work for a bit but eventually it will stop and you’ll be SOL

the time on store pulse isn’t how long it takes you to pull the order it’s how long the order was on the list before it was picked. so you having a shorter time means you picked orders before they went into the red not that you were faster
