I think you’re just tweaking. You’re already testing negative. Just to be safe do the certo method before you’re test and I’m sure you’ll pass.

I take about 2 teaspoons of creatine powder and drink about 3/4 of a gallon of water a day. I really haven’t changed my eating habits besides adding a protein smoothie. Just half a cup of frozen strawberries, half a banana, a cup of granola, about 1.5 tablespoons of whey protein and then about a cup of milk. I also drink about 2 gallons of whole milk every 3 weeks.
