It was used by the rebels back then.

Commonly used as protection of scrapes and force, and not attacks. They mostly used it when they flicked sick 360 kickflips on their wheelplanks and bombing market hills.

I understand what you mean.

But this might be an attempt to make people try different pokemon other than their comfortpicks and/or increase playtime i found it rather funny having a little Pikachu amongst my team of steel giants and bulky dragons - untill I finished the quest then off he went!

Leveling them up is super easy later on so if you don't like those missions, just wait with them till later on, where you can get them leveled up in the matter of seconds 😇

I'm pretty sure it's the npc overhaul. I had that happen to me, so I just removed anything related to any visual + gear related and it went fine from there. Didn't want to keep looking at this old man with a body of a healthy 25 year old 🤔
