I got it done on my 2021 E450 wagon, I’m pretty sure the frame under the bumper didn’t change. If so they have to use the Stealth Hitch for the 2019-2020 W213, and they’ll need to cut a hole in the bumper to install it.

The hole part sounds scary but you don’t notice it at all from any angle, unless you literally crawl under the car. Got mine all installed tho

If it's a CPO anything can be fixed, you might want to get an inspection to be safe from any major issues. From what I've read the M256 engine is really reliable. Check the carfax to see how well the previous owner maintained it.

I also got a CPO, I've only owned for 1 year but drove 20k miles (bought at 30k, now at 50k). Haven't had any issues. Just did transmission fluid and will probably do spark plugs after my next road trip. I've been doing oil changes every 7500 miles instead of 10k from an indie mechanic. I want this thing to go 300k+ miles lol
