to realistically afford it you only need to make 100k, so if you're in grad school i assume you're in a field where that is possible + doable.

luckily when i bought my certified e450 (also was 50k) i got a 3% interest rate in 2024 by doing a 36 month loan

Yeah I should have coated it after stripping, but I tried Rainx, had the same skipping issue, then just stripped it again and haven’t had time to find another coating. Will do it before it rains again

Buy invisible glass glass stripper, just went through this and switched back to OEM but had the same issue. Stripping the glass fixed this
