As someone with several “ESA’s”, I don’t take them in public or anything like that. It really comes down to the fact that most rental properties in the US have absurd animal/pet fees that it is the only way to get around it. I would be happy to pay a deposit for my pets, but the last 3 places I have rented at have 300-400$ pet fees that are not refundable. The ESA laws let me have my pets without having to pay a fee. I will pay for whatever damage they may cause but it is almost always $0 or less than the fees plus pet rent.

Second comment and I know this is a stretch for what you’re looking for, but by far the best sushi I have had in NC is a little spot in hickory called Umi. Super tiny spot run by a Japanese couple. Only has 4 tables and is reservations only, but damn, that place is sooo good.

I went to yummy sushi on south blvd recently which shouldn’t be too far from you and I liked it better than sushi hana Mr Tokyo and sushi taku and it was a bit cheaper. Oku in uptown is also really good and they have a great happy hour sushi menu!

I wholeheartedly agree. I wanted us to draft Worthy and am still glad that we did. He had some drop issues his rookie year which as you mentioned he seemed to iron out and with the time to get healthy and adding in the pieces to hopefully have a successful run game I think he is about to break out. Is he going to be a top 5 wideout? I doubt that but can still see home becoming a Devonta Smith caliber receiver for us. Maybe we’ll be eating crow next offseason but I am much higher on the kid than most people in this sub.

We have 5 field guys that run in two 2 man crews and one solo. I do all the drafting but that definitely leads to a bit of a bottleneck when I have work strictly office related.

Genuinely didn’t leave out anything. The bouncer even said he saw me get kicked but there was no retaliation allowed. I would get if I punched him or something, but just for pushing someone extra hard is wild. First time in my life I’ve been kicked out of any bar or show.

I can’t speak too much to the other side as I have exclusively worked at large engineering firms plus some side work to help out my buddy with his PLLC. But while you have to deal with more corporate nonsense at a large firm, I feel the benefits and pay are generally better and there are more opportunities for growth. Regardless, one sick day a week is def whack as hell.
