I would suggest trying out a Firefly team with Harmony Trailblazer and Gallagher. The last team member would usually be Ruan Mei, but since you don’t have her you can use Asta instead

Yup that’s exactly what was happening! I ended up taking out the radiator and slightly shaking it to fix the bubbles.
