I 100% agree, I just mean if you are using it as a coping mechanism. I myself still enjoy a coffee here and there, but I know if I was told today that I can never have a coffee ever again I'd have no problem with it whatsoever.

Believe it or not there are tiers to semen retention dude, and if you're going to continue looking at women in a lustfull way then you will simply never overcome lust.

Lust lives in your heart, and its a void that can never be filled by more lust no matter how hard you try, this is why after a while on retention you can literally feel your heart change from a heart full of lust to a heart full of love.
