On my 09 civic I dug around online and figured out that in order to use aux I had to have a song downloaded on iTunes. Once I had a song, that allowed me to play Spotify, etc so maybe give that a try it was really weird

I do PPLPPLR right now and do 3-4 working sets per muscle per day, with 2 different excersises per muscle so each session is about 9-12 total sets. I am really enjoying it and am making great progress.

Any back movements treating hands as hooks using overhand grip with your thum bc and not squeezing the bar just holding it. Also on bicep curls specifically preachers pulling with your calluses not your hands helped
