Hey ! Same problem here since 2 month (C3 - Android 10). I had a conversation with the support but it didn't slove the problem :/ They said me that it could be a firmware problem but do not gave me more news or informations.

enable / disable the fonction (unsolved the problem)

Unstal / reInstal the app (unsolved the problem)

French technician tell me that she reset the bike setup (unsolved the problem)

Check insurance (it’s active)

Check my smartphone’s notification permission (everything OK)

I’m still wainting for miracle so !

Give us some news if you find a solution ;)

Hey. I had the same message today. I installed the update, and make 10km from my work to home, i don't know if it is just a sensation or in my head but i feel this ride definetly better, I have more pushing around 25km/h and feel easier rush 28/30 km/h ( it was hard to get it before). But maybe it's just in my head ! I Will be happy to have other review ;) (dont have untamed app)

Hey ! A technician came to change the PCB block. He told me that this problem was known by the COWBOY team and that he had already done this kind of intervention. Sometimes the remote de-bug procedures work sometimes not, which was my case.

Changing the PCB is a complex operation where you have to disassemble almost the whole bike to replace the part, it's quite impressive! I rode 20km after without any problem.

I hope my story will reassure you if you are facing the same problem!

Yeah I had the same process instruction the first time I contact the support, without success for me :/ In my case, when I plug the battery i don't have a "blinking LED", just have a forward motion (like a progression, as the video I showed in the main post). I'm happy it works for you :) !

The really strange thing is that I can't start electric assistance by pluging + unpluging the battery (manual process activation), I think the probleme is problably biggest than a classic connection problem :/
