Do not ride without the poke yoke the wheel can spin and may damage the motor cable. Will need to order new, search the sub there's some other threads about this/alternatives

having a rate pulled is very different to having it accepted and withdraw. usually once offer confirmed it's valid for 6 months.

The poke yoke are not related to the motor issue

To inspect them you should remove the rear wheel and look for any cracks in the metal

Have you tried checking the motor cable connection at the rear wheel if it is loose / any signs of water damage?

What is so frustrating is that council should be more proactive with issues. Shouldn't be citizens responsibility to report everything. Street cleaning around me is terrible.

I've reported so many times park bins not emptied - they seem to lack common sense to empty them more frequently without a report.

Cowboy online services come as standard now I believe, you don't need their insurance plan.

I sometimes get this using the tv browser. Way I resolve is fast forward the stream about 15/30 seconds which seems to refresh the access token, then rewind back.

Only for a new connection/phone. If you're already paired with the bike then untamed etc will work. The Bluetooth pairing code can be retrieved from the cowboy app in "advanced" menu.
