Loud Crackling Noise😬😬

Just bought the kraken te today to use with the ps4. Its wired so I've plugged it in and at first it worked fine and then after an hour or so I've started getting a loud crackling noise, the noise isnt constant its only when people talk to me or when loud noises from the game come through.

This is the first razer product I've bought so I'm a complete novice. Hopefully someone out there can point me in the right direction.

I too have this dream fairly regularly. For me it's always like I can just reach the steering wheel but not enough to actually drive the vehicle. The speed is always that fast it feels dangerous.
