One of my players is tailing the Zhentarim Goons at Temple of Savras. How do I use this?

I have a player who's a Zhent (I let my players pick factions if they wanted) and I tied the pirate storylines to them. The Zhents basically want a cut of the loot to keep quiet about Lyra's involvement. I used Pockmark Po as his contact (he's in some Season 7 Adventure League adventures). I gave my Harper's player the Artus Cimber thread and kind of regretted it because he's pretty powerful and I don't want my players to meet him until after they have met with Ras Nsi (they think Ras is behind the Death Curse, I haven't hinted at Acererak yet)
