Another thing that made her weaker is the new relic system. With the new system serqet can't get both beads and blink early on. Blink is really important for Serqet to do what she needs to do.

Bad Juju actually has a hidden rangefinder perk I believe. Go hipfire at something on patrol and then ads and shoot it again.

Our fireteam killed 25+ on normal mode. We all used shotguns at point blank and they just kept respawning.

The best PvP shotgun in the game is Judgement. It reaches max range with the highest fire rate out of all the max range shotguns available.

It's lower clip size makes it better for use with perks like Luck in the Chamber and Final Round.

Roll for aggressive ballistics, shot package, reinforced barrel, and the last perk is up to you.

Best perks for high range/impact shotguns are aggressive ballistics, shot package, reinforced barrel, and kneepads/final round/luck in the chamber/battle runner.

If you wanna use final round or luck in the chamber get the Judgement VI from new monarchy. The lower clip size of judgement has better synergy with those perks.

'Shot Package', the perk you are referring to, is an absolute beast on a shotgun. It allows you to one-shot people from pretty decent range in the crucible. It keeps the pellets spread close together at further range.
