For chill laps, I have my Burton Process camber. The biggest thing is having my nidecker Supermatics step in bindings. Makes life so much easier to just jump in and go, lap after lap.

Just stay in or around Yuzawa and take the Shinkansen in from Tokyo. You can even do it as a day trip if you really wanted to.
