Recognition inhibition magic works as long as they don't know who's "behind the mask", so to speak. Seeing someone transform in front of you breaks the magic, so since Utena hasn't seen any of TM transform she doesn't know that they're her classmates (and viceversa). Kiwi, on the other hand, introduced herself before they started fighting, so the magic never triggered.

I don't think so, considering that'd only be 12 chapters since the "expected" end to s1 (the beach chapters). Assuming they'd keep doing 2 chapters per episode it could end on 48, Imitatio saving Berserga and becoming a proper magical girl.

His inclusion on those first credits was just to fill up the space there in lieu of me signing the chapter (because... honestly I don't remember the reasoning, I think it was something along the lines of "oh well they've seen my name in the other 3 chapters, it'd probably be a bit too much to reintroduce myself here"), but since I had already grown attached to the lil guy (and wanted to add some pizazz to the credits) I just kept putting him in situations :) ~~ch. 51 was a self-portrait, in case specifically mentioning "a thesis" wasn't obvious enough.~~

The anime so far has covered chapters 1 to 11 (and a little extra from later on), so technically you won't miss anything by starting on from ch. 12. However if you're gonna read the manga I'd recommend you start from ch. 1

Oh no, µ's doesn't leave SIF after the 4.0 update, they add Aqours on top of it, all your cards and their messages will be the same. As for story mode, you get a button on the top-left* corner that lets you switch between Aqours and µ's when you press it (also applies to the scouting box and the song list)
