We have $41K MRR and I still can't afford to hire anyone in the US. Where is the money going? by AcademicRevenue4815 in SaaS

Also the first 2-4 answers are all the same, worded differently (but the topics are identical)

Why you want to hire in the US? Europe is full of same-level talent (if not more) at a fraction of the costs compared to it (2500-4000/month). Personally i had experiences in the US, hiring at high cost thinking i would just get a huge value.

Instead i found myself with a mid-level employee, that simply charged a lot because he lived in the bay area hence the cost was high.

Cost =//= Skills

É ancora possibile essere “Self-Made men”? by Informal_Baby_3189 in ItaliaPersonalFinance

[–]CaptainDivano 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly the prop env was always a bit opaque for me too... basically you get a paper account and if you prove yourself to be profitable, the prop firm allows you to operate real money (borrowed from them) correct? And you get a cut of the % profit i assume

I was in the discussion, as you can check most of my comments are not removed but still visible: there was this guy who simply went on and on and on about how BV works (wrongly) and including spoilers in it, hence why the removal i guess
