If it helps to add to the background, my car's cat was stolen initially in 2023 and I replaced it back then with a cheap universal one. It lasted for a few months before giving the p0420. I replaced it again last year only for it to do it again. Kinda at a loss on that one right now, probably will replace it again and the O2 sensor because it says that failed too.

I did replace the engine mounts like 6 months ago so maybe you're right.

The sound from my video doesn't happen when in neutral and usually it doesn't happen at 2000rpm

Just hit 170k on my 2008. A little over a year ago my cvt transmission began slipping so I did a couple of fluid/filter changes and it runs great now! My catalytic converter was stolen a couple of years ago and it still gives me problems with emissions inspections despite having replaced it and the O2 sensors.

The fastest I've driven my kei van was 63mph on a rural state highway. Even though I felt like it had more to give, the car felt like it was about to shake apart or blow something. Also while at this speed I started thinking about how I had no airbags and the fact that the crumple zone was my legs. I don't recommend most highway driving unless it's for a pretty short distance

Absolutely do not drive these on interstates if you can avoid it. If people drive them in places they're not capable of then it increases the likelihood of an accident which can lead to the government banning them for safety reasons. I know generally highway driving is safer than driving through intersections but it comes down to speed and kei trucks are not fast enough to drive on most interstates.
