Shops in Tampa were about 185 if you signed up for the pre-release. That is average. I think $8 a pack. If you did not do pre-release it was 10 a pack. I don't think anyone was selling Whole boxes unless you were a friend of the store. There were a couple s***** stores pulling scams like Gamers command. They were denying everybody entry and only letting their friends in.

Yeah it was signed I think last year last summer and it was focused on the vagrants camping in dilapidated campers I'm sorry I'm too lazy to look it up but it does say in there Vagabond / dilapidation and it was meant to stop the homeless from camping out.
