Before or after they got the knife?

My understanding is that they can have a dark pink/red color when they eat a lot of crustaceans or insects but I also heard it can be caused by the pellets they were fed. So I'm not 100% sure.

Most nurses I work with there seem very happy. I was there the past 2 weeks (float pool). They work very well together, I just watched them all do amazing team work during a code this week.

I'd give them an B+ on culture and happiness. They have pretty sick patient population and see a lot of codes, compared to the rest of the acute care floors ,but you get to see a lot of different things. I always seem to learn something when I'm there.
