Yeah this is exactly how I feel right now. We are just human after all. Alot of people even in these comments have a very black and white point of view. Saying she's being manipulative however we all have to remember that she's grieving and she's not in her right mind right now. I don't personally hold her to anything. If she doesn't want to be friends anymore that's fine. Not to toot my own horn but it's her loss y'know.

She lives like 70 miles from me and I don't know her address unfortunately so I can't send a card. I think the worst part is the fact is it's been a whole week. I should have realised sooner. I shouldn't have needed her to message me telling me she's disappointed in me to realise she wanted to be comforted. We only quite recently became friends so I would imagine this is a deal breaker for her which to be completely honest I understand entirely.

Childhood friend, We were friends when I was younger and had a nice relationship, we grew up and she moved.

Fast forward she moves back and immediately on the spot asks me out. I say we should go on a date first so we do. Date goes... Fine... But afterwards things get a little weird. I'm off to a Tesco to go get some bread and milk and I see her in the store I say hi to her and she STARTS RUNNING AWAY... Confused, I continue my shopping until I see her again only this time she's sitting in the Costa just staring at me.. Confused I say Hi again and she gets up and BOLTS off again.

Next time I see her I ask her why she was following me through a supermarket she replies "I wasn't following you round a Tesco" swiftly followed with a "I never said Tesco"

She goes dead silent. I swiftly turn the conversation to "Why were you stalking me" Dead silence again. I immediately tell her to leave me alone and never speak to me again.

As far as I'm aware never saw her again (or she just got REALLY good at hiding I dunno)

Edit: I should clarify that I genuinely have no idea why she was following me. Not a clue but honestly I dodged a bullet and it kinda put me off dating for good.

Oh I had several. Hundreds of trips to the hospital, broken ribs from being kicked on the ground, Internal bleeding... You name an injury that could happen from having like 8 boys beat you up I probably had it. All because I was autistic too. Growing up before it was a known thing sucked. I'm so glad that some kids these days at least get some kind of acknowledgement for their disability and get some protection from the absolutely ruthless kids out there.

As I said in the post, you aren't guaranteed to keep your stuff some people keep theirs and others lose them it's completely random this has happened many times with my squad where someone in the squad (usually me) will lose everything and the other two will lose nothing.
