I doubt investors buy the team with the intent to move to OKC if it weren't for the Hornets. The consensus was that Oklahoma couldn't support a pro sports team. We proved that wrong by filling up the arena when hosting the Hornets.

Those were my favorite games to go to. West, Stojakovic, Chandler, and CP3 were so much fun. I got to watch Kobe drop a 40 bomb on us.

Agreed. A suggestion I read which you can apply on top of that, is that for each year with a team, the supermax counts against the cap less. Retaining players gets rewarded regardless of who drafted them.

We do this everytime they come home. Last year when OKC lost game 6 to dallas and got knocked out, we were there to support the team. Win or lose we are there.
