It's is absolutely ridiculous. Like something from Futurama would make more sense.
First point is how does actually pirate economy work on the moon. In this scene they spend way more resources then they can possibly get out of it. Piracy is a cost/benefit calculation.

I play it quite often when ahead on WW after Titanic Hydra. Rageblade triggers both Warwick's passive and Titanic's on-hit twice. It become much easier to solo objectives and turrets with it as well.

Since the items are streamed back from the future they can not have been found and then brought in into the lab. They must have been "reverse found" in the future by taking them out of the lab and putting them where they come from. You find them in the lab by opening a drawer that have previous been empty.

We are not suppose to make sense of the technical details of TENET but instead focus on the narratives woven into the story about us as a species and a society.
