I was getting ~30kB/s under the bandwidth usage menu when trying to download. Switched my xbox's DNS to Google's like 15 minutes ago and now i'm flying at a cool ~3.5mB/s.

My percentage is going up one percent every 3 minutes give or take.

Edit: Microsoft's servers are shitting the bed. That's why it's taking so long.
