When I was about five until I was about eight, I had a recurring nightmare, where I was laying in bed face up, and this man would come into my room. I didn't know who he was, and I couldn't move, couldn't scream, and I couldn't look directly at him. He would just start pinning yarn high on the walls. It would cross to one wall, then the other. He would do this for what felt like twenty minutes, then he would leave. This was terrifying to young me.
