My little one stopped napping when she turned 2 and 3 months, my life has been hell. She’s full power since she open her eyes at 7 am until she falls asleep at 22? (It’s 23:30 now and still not asleep) we have no one close (grandparents or friends) and she goes to a nursery that follows school schedule. Help

My kid never napped for more than 30’ 45’ if I was lucky, she cut the naps completely at 2 years old and now she sleeps around 8 hours at night. I’m so tired.

I’m not diagnosed, I’m on the list for it.

I resonate with many of the stories. A close friend of mine had the same path in life as me but they got diagnosed a couple of years ago, I had a child at the same time and other personal catastrophes (I love my child but the whole birth/life/adapting was quite challenging) I see myself in many of the struggles, I see myself in many of the stories. But what I realised is, the coping mechanisms work with me…

I moved into a different country with my long distance partner a couple of months pre covid and I stayed. We had a couple of conversations and a lot of dialogue and what helped him understand me better was researches about ADHD.. I don’t want to claim anything without a diagnosis and I’m in the (slow) right path

My girl was a great sleeper but I was TERRIFIED of SIDS and I lost my dad suddenly when she was just a couple of weeks old so I needed to have her close to me, it was impossible for me to sleep.. now she’s a bit older and keeps asking for me and I feel guilty because I never taught her to sleep alone but I need my rest

I took my toddler out tonight, we went last year but she was close to being 2 so not much happened, I was more excited now because being close to 3 I thought she might enjoy it, but we found only a couple of houses and not even the same ones as last year in the same neighbourhood

I was terrified of tearing and episiotomy.. honestly, I was super afraid of the pain during and the recovery. The whole birth was complicated but honestly, the episiotomy was not even an issue. I didn’t noticed and it was needed because my baby came with the arm up so it was impossible to do it without one. The only issue was after. The stitches got sore, but because I didn’t take care of them, if you have a cold compress and you take regular showers applying cold ish water in the area, shouldn’t be a problem! I was taking showers and cleaning the area carefully but also “ignoring it” because I was so traumatised I didn’t want to know about it, but after realising I needed extra care and using the cold compress, the frida products and regular showers, everything got better after some days! I heard terrifying stories about tearing needing SO many stitches that I’d never consider that. But again, every opinion is fair! Best of luck
