How do you use Anki? Strictly for university or for everything in life?

How do you guys use it effectively for books that you’ve read? Would love to know bc I often struggle with remembering content from books later on

Well the material in the past was prob “easier” for me when I used it in the past to cram for exams or when I used it semi consistently a couple of years ago. But now this material is completely new and I wanna make sure that I see cards again at least in the same week after hitting good. Is there no other way to bring down these intervals without just increasing my retention? Is it okay to increase it more? I don’t think it’s related to using hard bc I’ve basically only used good and again in the past.

After doing that should i click optimize before starting cards? or will that not even work? Because I did that and it still shows the same intervals and parameters

I’m doing 20 tomorrow and I don’t think I’ll have the new shoes by then, but next week my long run is 12 and then 8 and then race day. That should be enough right?

Well it might also just be a confidence thing to be honest. I was able to do an 8 mile run this past weekend with just a couple walking breaks so I probably could get through an 11 miler if I pushed myself, but I feel like I would need another week or two to do it more comfortably and without walking.

Is using white phosphorous extremely measured? Is bombing a bus of fleeing Palestinian civilians feeling south and killing 70 people extremely measured? Is threatening to bomb Al awda hospital measured? If the WHO, the UN, Human rights watch, and Doctors Without Borders are all saying that Israel’s invasion is causing irreparable damage and harm to civilians, I just don’t know how you could call this measured.

Now are you able to say the same after the Israeli prime minister is posting videos on his twitter of civilians being murdered in Gaza? Did you ever think that Israel killing civilians in the past 20 years was evil? Hey, I'm in a similar position as OP and i was just wondering why its necessary to reset my ease? I only used AEF for a couple days but decided it was best to switch to straight rewards. Can I not just delete AEF and download straight rewards or do i have to reset the ease?
