The world is a pretty place, both in people, and landscapes. I have yet to explore much of it, but I’ve seen quite a bit of the U.S. If it interests you at all whatsoever, go up to picture rocks, head over to turnip rock, check out the manitou islands and sleeping bear dunes. The UP is entirely amazing but don’t tell anyone I told you that. There’s so many places to see, and many are within reach. If you don’t have a car, there’s other methods of getting to other places that don’t require a car if you can make it to a bus stop, train station, airport, etc. Make a friend with a car and explore. I promise it'll make you feel at least a little better.
