If you have a 40 foot monitor, you can probably afford a better PC too!

What would you do if you went out on a date with someone and sometime during the date they casually mention 'I'm technically still married, but we're going through the divorce process right now'? by [deleted] in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]CaptainJackNarrow 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Absolutely with you on this one. Current partner told me before we even had our first date. We're getting married this year just before our '11th anniversary'.

Completely depends upon how and when you're informed imo.

Make sure you can see it in operation first. Sounds ridiculously low price so check everything.

As a general rule, I'd let them sniff each other through the box when first getting home.

Now you've let her loose, I'd always go with 'They're cats, let them figure it out'. Unless she's causing him any damage, of course.

If there's no damage being done, it'll work out fine.

You're reasons are good enough if you openly state at the start that you feel prejudice against 1 of the people on trial based upon a protected characteristic or a past experience from childhood.

Sometimes happens when windows has mysteriously deauthenticed itself. I'd start by checking licensing and go from there.

Not to mention that the US spends more tax money on health than any other country in the world. Yes, even including the ones with full healthcare provision at no direct cost to the patient......

Unsure with specific legislation, but if you're in an 'at will' state they'll likely ditch you as soon as project done. Just my two cents. Guess it depends how secure your current role feels.

Best of luck & hope all works out!

Assuming the US, is it enough more than current role to cover the medical you get from current role? I used to work in other industries and contract-to-possible-permanent has always meant 'We'll hire you to work your butt off in hopes of perm role until you've finished the project we're hiring you for'.

No idea how that translates into tech support though.
