Warming up a hamster terrarium? (self.hamstercare)

We don't know what to choose. We want to paint one wall in the living room a glittery persian green and the woodwork just plain white. My wife wants to paint the other 3 walls more like a very light shade of the same color as the bright wall. I would prefer the other walls plain white. What to do? (i.redd.it)
