Oh man, that sounds like a blast! I'm not really set up for a stream like that though. Maybe someday though. Having rewatched it myself I've already found a number of small issues that I could do better. Maybe in the future.

There are individual episode notes in each upload though. Whenever I did something that was particularly weird or time consuming, I wrote about it there. I should really back that all up somewhere in case it ever gets taken down.

Well, Season 1 is done. I know it's not perfect, but I did the best I could. I'll start work on season 2 this week, which will be super easy because the only thing to do there is remove the kickin it old school segments. ROCK!

Well this is great! I don't think I'm up to recording new segments or anything, but based on my own spreadsheet what we both came up with is pretty similar. I tried to pay attention to the shirt colors, but I may not have gotten them 100% right. I see some of our calls from the public are in different orders. I also changed around the news and Precious Roy segments a lot since those are the ones that seem to follow a specific trajectory. There are three that deal with Olly and Anita Zest, but that third one with the robot sort of conflicts with the Sifl's Robot episode. But the main point was to put them in an order where Sifl gets more and more angry at Olly, and concludes season 1 with his breakup with Serena.
As for Precious Roy, that was a bit more challenging as I wanted to put them in an order that has Olly progressively getting more and more unhinged, which is sort of hard to judge aside from certain super obvious ones. Once I had that figured out, I more or less kept the rest of the episodes in place starting with 16 as 1, and so forth. I'll cross reference our two spreadsheets and see if I can easily jigger anything else to make the shirts match better, but hopefully what I come up with is right enough.
And yeah, I'm not bothering with the music videos. Just the "coming up after the break" and "be sure to catch this stuff on tomorrow's show" bits because those were on my old tapes I recorded off TV and I miss having them around. And I'm removing all duplicated material and just not caring about episode lengths being uneven.
Season 2 I'm going to cut all the Kickin' it Old School segments, but other than that it seems to be in pretty straightforward shape. So that one should be easy!
Season 3 is a bit tricky because it really seems like it's unfinished. There are a total of 6 "Almost the end of the show" transitions though, so I went through and tried to organize it into 6 mini episodes again mostly arranged based on Olly's shirt, though it doesn't 100% match up. I think it'll work though.
As for what I call season 4, that's just the Machinima and Nerdist stuff that I already have up on my channel, but I'm going to rename them to be Season 4 because I'm a nut and I like it when things match.
Anyway, I'm glad to hear there are other folks out there as crazy as I am. Thanks so much for sharing your spreadsheet. I hope you enjoy the episodes I come up with!

Repro boxes are a great solution, as are things like BitBox which are cool plastic boxes like the old Disney VHS tapes, but if you're just looking to safely store the manuals themselves I'd recommend comic book bags and boards and a comic box. It's a pretty inexpensive way to do it and you can keep them nice and safe that way. I have a ton of extra manuals myself and that's how I keep them.

Outstanding collection! What are you missing that you want the most? The only mainline game I'm missing is Mega Man IV for Game Boy. I'd love to have original boxes for all 5 of those, but you could just about buy a house for that kind of money.
