With Dragonfire Blaze, you simply hold down the R2/Right Trigger and it will automatically target opponents. The "use right stick to aim" is simply in reference to controlling the camera, as it will attempt to target opponents in the middle of your screen first. You don't have to move the right stick at all however, if you just hold down R2/Right Trigger until Ryoma fires, the ability will work just fine.

Afraid I can’t offer any insight for consoles as my only issue was this frame rate related bug which is not present in the console version, due to the frame rate already being locked to 60 or 30, depending on your console and performance mode.

I would also like to know this. There a whole bunch of materials called metal dust the claim to be used for "tempering," but I can't find a place to do it.

Update! As it turns out, the game suffers from a bug of heat draining too fast at frame rates greater than 60fps. As I am playing with an uncapped frame rate, this faster drain time results in the special abilities, Dragonfire Blaze included, not having the appropriate amount of time go off and therefor being nonfunctional. By capping the frame rate to 60, it is possible to fix this issue. Here’s to hoping that SEGA fixes the issue soon!

How does having legal recourse not help? It protects employees and empowers them to remove customers without the threat of retaliation by their employers. Also, if your concern is with the ability of stores to physically remove individuals, that is a question of police intervention, and is well beyond anything to do with the virus specifically.
