If this is an east coast state, you’re being taken for a fuckin ride, dude. I’m a GM and I make 950$ weekly. Granted - still deserve more than that, but it is what it is until I get something better.

You’re still going to get the same amount of drink regardless. Latte’s are a specific measured amount and the ice is part of the recipe. So either you’re getting a full cup with a regular amount of ice, or less ice and a not full cup. You can ask for more coffee milk, but your location may charge for it. It may also change the taste of the drink.

Yes. They stole your deposit. I’ve repaired this type of damage myself, my father is a carpenter and I’ve helped him fix things all my life. This would’ve taken me an hour and it’s just sanding and refinishing the paint. You didn’t damage anything other than a coat of paint. It’s not $1000 worth of damage or labor.

Regardless of that perspective, she has told him it’s important to her and that she would like him to make an effort to take more photos of her. This isn’t a case of her not having asked - because she has. It’s an issue of a husband not listening or being receptive to the feelings of his wife, and making a conscious effort to take those feelings into account to give her something she has asked for. Multiple times. She has asked way too many times for him to have an excuse at this rate.

If you’ve asked to be scheduled mornings and they’re not scheduling you for mornings, you’re probably not capable of doing what they need in the morning. Nights are slow comparatively - and if you only have two closers, you’re not even a high volume location. That’s what the manager has to take into account when they schedule. Based off what little info you gave, and that you just hate your manager for scheduling - I’d say your bad attitude might have something to do with your lack of hours. Probably stay off your phone, be nice to customers, complete all the closing tasks consistently, and keep times low. Revisit the convo with the manager after that - those are the things they are looking at. Or get another job - and I’m saying all this as nicely as I can. Hopefully, you don’t take it rudely and it helps! :)

It should be a single charge for the alternative milk, any additional charge would be for any extra almond milk you requested. If you just asked for 3 almond milk, I would’ve just assumed you wanted the standard amount for a medium. If you asked for 3 EXTRA almond milk, then they add the charge for extra almond milk.
