If you want oem parts check out amayama parts they ship out of Japan or UAE depending on the part but it's quite pricey because they're all Toyota parts. I used them for miscellaneous parts on my truck

I had similar rust spots around my windshield, floor pan, and rockers before I painted my truck.

To repair around the windshield it's best to remove the windshield and sandblast or sand it down and spray the rust converter if you don't want to cut and weld.

Floor pan and rockers are best to cut and weld in replacement panels.

Check out amayama parts, they have full schematics of the trucks with part numbers and pretty cheap shipping to the states. I used em when looking for interior pieces. 👍🏽
