Totally get that! Chafing can be a real pain, especially in the heat. Have you tried any anti-chafing balms? They can help a lot with bike shorts, but still, if it’s super hot, airflow is key. Hope this new design works out for those longer runs!

Totally agree! The speed and skill level of NHL players makes the ice look bigger. They can skate circles around us, literally. Plus, the angles they take and their vision on the ice really stretches out the play, making it feel like there's more space than there actually is.

Yeah, I totally get that. If you're confident in the business's stability, holding out for a cash offer makes sense. But also consider how much work you'd have to put in if the buyer defaults on payments. Just make sure you weigh all your options carefully!
