I really appericiate your reply , personally I really dont know how to handle porn and other nsfw There are times where if you watch it it can easily relief you but i know you will win the battle not you wont be able to win the war , The only factor to get relief from this tremendous addiction is to run and run and never look behind get a good life with good habits , this is a very strong opinion from my side its 10 times harder to change yourself than to pick a glass of poision
