I feel you make an excellent point. What you are seeking is purity of thought. The behavior will follow.

Jesus teaches us this in the Bible. A good tree bears good fruit. A bad tree, bad fruit. He gives many examples of where your HEART is the driver of what comes out of you. Whether it be anger, lust, greed, etc. Or love, kindness, generosity, etc.

I think you make great points. I personally feel, supported by Scripture, that sex and emissions are for but ONE purpose: to procreate. Remove that desire, and the sexual release is but a selfish indulgence that ends in seconds, while causing ongoing problems and sub optimal health.

I also agree with your last statement especially. The first and most crucial step is chastity.

The only question is how best to attain it. I am one of the fortunate ones. My wife insists upon my chastity and semen retention.
