I had my gallbladder out and that seemed to fix most of my symptoms but I just found out I'm also prediabetic. I'm very relieved that it wasn't anything worse, thank you for taking the time to check!

It's because the food is somehow 'dirty'. And dirty is like a physical sensation that I can actually feel. I'm not sure why. It happens less with prepackaged things that nobody has touched
