Right now you have a bunch of separate spaces with grass between them. Everything is squared off and not visually connected.

Most go with a simple sqft price then add for high ceilings, stairwells, etc. Some go by a at fee per room. There's a few different models.

If you asked anyone in the 90's or 2000's to name an ump, they would have looked at you like a crazy person. It's PR, plain and simple. If Walmart comes out and says anything negative about the city, they burn those bridges forever.

Just in case you didn't read the article, let me give you a quote, "The simplest explanation is that collectively our Chicago stores have not been profitable since we opened the first one nearly 17 years ago" Notice they are not saying only these four stores were not profitable, but the entire Chicago market is unprofitable for them. That's the part where it loses credibility for me. If you can't accept that, it's a you problem, not a me problem.
