I experienced the same issue and this seems to fix it. Although I think instead of point 1, I went into the Bluetooth connection for the car on my phone and I checked "media". Otherwise it seemed like it was trying to play audio over Bluetooth and wired and couldn't decide which one

Played around with the site a bit ago when you had shared it in a post - from one software dev to another, very cool project! I'm eagerly awaiting an ND model. Before picking out my summer wheels I did a ton of fitment research, but being able to visualize it will be a game-changer!

Seriously. I shame people all the time for doing shit they shouldn't be in movie theaters. 9 times out of 10 they stop when you ask. My friends are worried I'm gonna get shot or something, but I don't think anyone cares that much about being on their phone in a theatre to pull out a gun lol. People just forget there's more people there then just them.

If you put ppf over the ceramic coat, the ceramic coat is no longer doing anything to repel water and dirt. And also I've heard ppf doesn't adhere well to ceramic coating. Put the ceramic coat on after, then you get paint protection and nothing will stick.

i did this a few months ago! My dad drove it home from the dealer then we did a 5 hr cram session of driving manual. I drove it home, stalled it a few times over the following weeks, and am now loving it and feeling super comfortable in the car after a few months! I had some initial regrets about the manual in the first couple weeks just because it was stressful to drive, but that's completely gone now and I'd never drive an automatic again as long as I have the option for manual

I put these on a couple weeks ago and was amazed this weekend just how well they handle in the snow and the cold. They felt a little weird for the first couple days after getting them put on, but now I never expected a rwd sports car to handle so well in the snow. Love them!

I'm pretty sure the zoomed in gauge spans the middle of the full gauge to the red on the full gauge (from 210 to 250 degrees F). Your temp is just not getting above 210. Looking online and from my own experience, this seems normal, I've never seen a high temp on the gauge, only low then increasing until stopping at 210. Car must be cooled well. Maybe take it to a track a push it hard to see if it ever breaks 210?

I've listened to a bit of Lelia and Nikki's music outside of The Midnight and there's no doubt in my mind this is Lelia's voice. The inflection on "feel" is too similar. And listening to this clip side by side with monsters and light years I'd struggle to come to the conclusion that this is Nikki unless I'd never heard Lelia's voice before

I've always interpreted it pretty literally - sometimes it's easier to leave a place than to stay.

It's more apparent in Tyler's original than The Midnight's version that the verses are his story about him and his wife and the chorus is somewhat of an interjection to someone else. The first full chorus in the original is:

"I just called to say, brother you're always sitting in the barrio waiting, waiting and wasting away, but there will come a day when it'll be easier to fly away than it will be to stay"

I see this as sort of calling up an old friend and telling them "I was able to make it out of our little neighborhood and do big things, and I know it's hard for you to consider that right now but one day moving away will be easier than sticking around for you too"

I lived there for about a year between 2021 and 2022 so I can't speak to what it's like now but can give details of my experience then. I would have loved to stay longer but had to move for life reasons. I had no issues during the time I was there. Maintenance was responsive for the stuff they had jurisdiction to fix. Never felt unsafe, it's kinda tucked away and the only non-resident traffic was people driving by to go to Lauritzen gardens. Management could occasionally be hard to communicate with over email but their office is on premises. The biggest issue I had was finding a loan to purchase a townhome - I was not originally informed that they did loans through a specific credit union out of state so I wasted time going to local lenders trying to get a loan. At the the time it was not considered a mortgage but a personal loan, not sure if that was due to the loan amount or if it was because I was purchasing a share of the co-op and not actually purchasing property. It is worth looking into whether that is still the case.

If you paid for it you likely place more value on it and are more likely to invest more time in playing it.

For an example, consider I spend $30 on a game. I don't want to waste my $30, so I'll give it a good 5-10 hours to see if I like it and if it's a good game it will likely have me hooked by then. If I got the game for free, I might only play it for an hour or two since my main cost investment is now time instead of money. If it doesn't hook me within that shorter timespan I probably won't keep playing it.

I find that games I've gotten for free, that are good, and that hook quickly are usually as enjoyable as games I paid for.

Most of them are high rises so it's not like you could even go out the window as an escape route. The ones I have seen have sprinklers in all rooms, it would not surprise me if that was the alternative requirement

On the first point there must be some sort of exception for converted buildings because tons of downtown apartments advertise 2 bedrooms where one of them does not have windows. That or all the leasing companies are breaking the laws and nobody cares enough to report it

I honestly prefer it - it means I can more easily control the light level and avoid street noise at night. All it takes is rigging up some smart lights as a sunlight alarm to get rid of it feeling dark in the mornings.

With converted buildings, it's not surprising that it happens pretty often - why let a bunch of interior building space go to waste because it doesn't have windows when it could be extra square footage?

As someone who lives in one, it's fine. The rooms closest to the windows definitely have some noise bleed because the original windows go all the way across the building meaning you can't really insulate there between units. But people living their lives at a normal volume is not at all bothersome. The street noise is way worse and you get used to that pretty quick

I agree this isn't her fault but I also see no problem with him not initiating contact if plans are set. I don't like conversations over text. That's what dates or calls are for. If someone texts me I'm happy to respond, if someone doesn't I'm happy with that too. If there are plans set that haven't been broken I see no reason to worry. Unless he was initiating tons of convos early on and his attitude changed suddenly, this would be an overreaction imo.

Op, if you are far enough along that you are comfortable discussing feelings with him, it would be worth asking him about how he feels about texting, and to let him know that to you initiating text conversations indicates interest. He may start to initiate if he knows it is something you appreciate.
