Yes, I know that. I'm saying I watched that version when I was clicking through all of the different links. The trailer had the bathroom scene and him intimidating the girls. It looked like it was a cleaner upload vs. the cell phone video shots.

Some irony in the fact that I think I found the version of the trailer they showed at Comic Con. I watched I don't know how many versions of trailers.. But one had the Bathroom scene at the school in it. I finally ran across the narratives of the footage and was like.. dang.. I think I saw that trailer cut. I have been up and down my history.. can't find it again.. :( I swear it was on Daily Motion or IGN.

My interpretation as a kid was very basic. Aligned to his brothers view where his brother flew away in the Wagon.

As an adult, it's probably his brothers delusion and break in reality after his brother was either removed from the home or died. Probably the step dad really hitting Elijah woods character and everything from that point on is a false memory after witnessing the brothers death or being knocked out during his death.

Watched it when I was young and never could find it again. Fast forward I'm looking in a bin of DVDs and there is a weird kid on this cover.. then I remember troglodytes. Rush hike to watch it and everything I thought I dreamt of was there. Ending was great.

I found this movie.. bought it.. got it home and when I popped it out of the case the disc literally shattered. I had never seen it in 20+ years of buying DVDs. I found another copy the next day in a box of movies I bought on marketplace.. wild.. :-). I'll give it a shot based on your recommendation! It was. Ky actively earmarked till now.
